Preschool Programs
3-6 year olds:
Storytelling for preschoolers is a great way to enhance the love of stories, writing, and reading in young children. My 45 minute programs have students creating a story together, listening to stories, singing, interacting with puppets and having a great time. (cost $150)
2.5-3 year olds:
These programs also are a great way to enhance the love of stories, writing and reading. However, with this younger age there are more movement songs and stories. Programs for this age group last 30 minutes. (Cost $125)
Available Program Themes
Choose one of the below themes for a program or contact me and I can create a program to fit your needs. The below descriptions are for 3-6 year old children, last 45 minutes, and costs $150 which is due at the time of the program. The 2.5-3 year old programs cost $125, last 30 minutes, are the same themes, but have more movement.
Garden Theme
From songs to stories, everything during this 45 minute program relates to this theme. Together we create a story about a picture I bring in. The children will see me write their story on a big piece of butcher paper as they create it. I also tell fun stories and we play the game "Stump The Storyteller." Some puppet critters you might find around a garden will also make their apprerance. Your students will giggle and learn without even knowing it. (Please note this program only lasts 30 minutes with 2.5-3 year olds.)
Jungle Theme
Wild things live in the jungle! Together your students and I will create a story together about one of those wild critters. I will write their story on a big piece of butcher paper as they create it. I will also tell them fun jungle stories and we will sing a few jungle songs. Some "WILD" puppets will also be present! At the end, we will play the game, "Stump The Storyteller". Your students will giggle and learn without even knowing it. Program lasts approximately 45 minutes. (Please note this program only lasts 30 minutes with 2.5-3 year olds.)
Farm Life Theme
Who doesn't love those animals you find on the farm? This 45 minute program includes stories and songs about the farm. A pig, duck, horse and dog puppet will interact with the children too. Together the children and I will create a story based on a farm picture I bring. I will write their story down on a big sheet of butcher paper as they create it. Towards the end of the program we will play the game, "Stump The Storyteller". During this program, your students will giggle and learn without even knowing it! (Please note this program only lasts 30 minutes with 2.5-3 year olds.)

Hot Chocolate with Mrs. Claus: $165
(for 3-6 year old children)
Mrs. Claus will tell stories of Santa, the elves, how the reindeer fly, and answer many of the questions your students have about Santa. Her dear friend, Toodles the reindeer (a puppet) will accompany her. There also will be a touch of magic in the show and some songs. Before the show, Mrs. Claus will give a staff member some of her famous hot chocolate powder that can be mixed with hot water and poured into cups for the children to drink at the end of the program while Mrs. Claus reads a special Christmas storybook. She will also collect any letters the children have for Santa and will make sure to personally deliver them to him.
This program lasts approximately 45 minutes and costs $165
A visit with Mrs. Claus: $150
(For 3-6 year old children)
This program is the same as above except without hot chocolate. This program lasts approximately 45 minutes and costs $150.
A younger children's visit with Mrs. Claus: $125
(For 2.5-3 year old children)
This program lasts 30 minutes and does not have the option of hot chocolate. Mrs. Claus will tell stories of the North Pole, Santa, her reindeer friend Toodles (a puppet), do a little magic, sing some songs and possibly share a very special storybook. She will also collect any letters the children have for Santa and will make sure to personally deliver them to him.
